“Everlasting”

Hand-embroidered Palestinian tatreez on canvas, 2022-2023

This piece took me 150 hours and over 1 year to create. I made it using traditional Palestinian motifs and taking inspiration from geometric Portuguese tiles and colors from warm autumn memories. It tells the story of a friendship and was gifted to those friends.
